Amamegakura Shrine
Amamegaukura Shrine is located nearby. It is said that a tengu goblin took a rest while carrying a large stone to the south of Tanegashima. The rope carrying the stone snapped at that time. The stone left here like that since that time is enshrined by the shrine. In addition, this shrine was certified as a sacred site of yoga by the Yoga Organization of Japan in June 2020.
