The Space Science and Technology Museum in Tanegashima Space Center is a facility where you can learn in an easy-to-understand manner while having fun. The facility uses many full-scale models, games and other devices to exhibit and introduce various fields in space development such as artificial satellites, international space station projects, earth observations, and celestial bodies and planets in addition to rockets.

The Space Science and Technology Museum is currently operating on an advanced reservation basis to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (current as of August 1, 2020). The museum has suspended tours inside the facility for the time being.
