Hirota Ruins Museum

広田遺跡ミュージアム

A facility that provides a guide to the Hirota Ruins (a national historic site). It also exhibits the Hirota Ruins Artifacts (national important cultural property). The Hirota Ruins are a mass grave from around the end of the Yayoi period (c. 300 BC to 300 AD) to the 7th century. People dressed in shell accessories across their bodies were buried in the graveyard. You can try making the shell accessories from those ancient times in the museum. Free Wi-Fi is available.
